John Richardson has been a realtor with Watson Realty Corp., the Jacksonville area's top real estate company, since 1998. He is currently with Watson's #1 office in Ponte Vedra Beach, and has established a sterling reputation throughout the beaches and greater Jacksonville area - with colleagues, peers, and customers - as reflected by his motto, "A True Real Estate Professional." Educated at Yale University in New Haven, CT, and Northwestern University in Evanston, IL, John is a former AT&T executive who chose real estate as his second career. He has been recognized consistently for his achievements in that field. He has been ranked in the top 5 of the over 800 Watson agents in Jacksonville for several of the past years, and has also been named in the top 25 of all real estate agents in the Jacksonville area in the Jacksonville Business Journal's "Book of Lists" every year since 1999 (most recently #5).
